ACCOMMODATION RATES - 2009

• MAIN HOSTEL:
  • Backpackers (please phone before catching ferry):
    Bunkroom, per person per night: £16 (1 or 2 nights), £14 (3 nights or more).
    Twin room, per person per night: £18 (1 or 2 nights), £16 (3 nights or more).
    Triple room, per person per night: £17 (1 or 2 nights), £15 (3 nights or more).
  
  
  • We can transport you or your pack to/from the pier, charge £2 - please arrange in advance.
     
  • Self -catering groups, per person per night:
  £15 (1 or 2 nights). £12.50 (3 nights or more)
  Please note - Minimum Charge : Parties of 14 or less requiring exclusive use of the building will be charged as for 14 people (i.e £210 for 1 or 2 nights, £175 for 3+ nights).
  Catering can be arranged for your group if necessary - please enquire.

• TIGH ARD BEAG (ANNEXE TO GLEBE BARN):
  • If booked in conjunction with main building:
    • October to March - £190 per week
    • April to September - £250 per week
    • Short bookings - £40 per night
      
  • If booked independently from main building:
    • October to March - £215 per week
    • April to September - £275 per week
    • Short bookings - £45 per night
  • If more than 2 people are staying, a further charge of £8 per additional person per night is made. Maximum 4 people in total.
     
• GROCERIES may be ordered from the shop (Sue Kirk, 01687 482432, sue.kirk2@btopenworld.com), and will be waiting for you on arrival

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A booking deposit of 20% of total cost to be enclosed with booking form (refundable if booking cancelled more than 3 months before arrival date).
• Balance of payment to be made no later then 4 weeks prior to arrival. Refundable damages deposit / excess cleaning charge of £200 to be included in the TOTAL COST. Damages in excess of this will be charged at cost.
• Unless prior arrangements are made the Glebe Barn is let as fully self-catering.
• Visitors are required to vacate the building by 9.30am on the day of departure.
• In the interests of other visitors the Glebe Barn has a strict no smoking policy.
• Pets are only allowed by special prior arrangement.
• It is expected that the building will be left clean. Excessive additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit.
• Bed linen /sheet liners is provided free of charge. Towels are not provided.
• Outdoor footwear is not allowed within the building. Please bring indoor shoes or slippers
• Gas, electricity and central heating are included in the cost but a small surcharge is made for wood.
• Washing and drying machines are coin operated (£1 and 20p coins respectively)
• Please contact us if any of your party have mobility restrictions (e.g. use of bunk beds, etc).
• Transport of luggage to and from the pier will be provided.
• A mini-bus is available for hire by prior arrangement. Bike hire is available on Eigg. Please contact us for rates
