| Sandavore shepard's Bothy is located at the foot of the Sgurr hills in an isolated spot overlooking the sea to Ardnamurchan. While being away from it all it is within walking distance of the pier where the shop, tearoom and craft shop are located. |

Sandavore shepard's bothy offers basic self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people in a renovated shephard's dwelling. It is a one room building divided into two by low dividing wall and the fire place. The living area has a wood burning stove, settee and chair, table and stools. |

The kitchen area has a full size gas cooker along with all the basics you need for self catering. There is a sink with cold running water. Hot water is from a quick boiling kettle |

Sleeping accommodation comprises a double bed and bunk bed provided with bedding. From January 2008 we will have a limited (5kW) electricity supply for lighting and sockets. It is advisable to bring a torch. |

There is a flushing toilet just outside and public showers are provided at the pier. A picnic bench is sited just outside the bothy. It takes a few minutes to walk up the rough track, which can become very muddy after heavy rain. All luggage and supplies have to be carried as the track is inaccessible to vehicles. |

We charge £30 per night and accept bookings for any number of days between March and October. Prices include bedding, gas, electricity and logs for the fire. |
The Eigg Shop sells a wide variety of food and drink but it is advisable to order milk and bread in advance. The Tea Room is open every day and most evenings. |
